How do I change the 'Investigate' status to 'Pass' or 'Fail' in PCI DSS 4.0 Assessment report after internal investigation?

Follow the steps once the report has been generated, and apply the relevant settings.

  1. Expand the relevant finding with ‘Investigate’ status in the Report Browser (available at the right side of the report).
  2. Select the device under ‘Devices’ section and then click on ‘Status’ (just at the right bottom corner of Nipper application).

  3. Change the Status to ‘Pass’ or 'Fail' and then click ‘Ok’.

  4. Select ‘Yes’ for ‘Do you want to re-generate your report now?’
