Netfilter IP Tables

In order to retrieve the desired output first connect to your Linux system as the administrator, this can be done through a direct connection, or other methods such as SSH.

  1. Once connected to the Linux system enter the following command to view your IP-Tables configuration:

    sudo iptables-save

  2. Now copy the output given by the command into a text document.

  3. This file can now be added into Nipper using the Add File button in the New Report window, it will be auto-detected as a Netfilter IP-Tables file, which you can then generate a Nipper Report against.
