How to resolve updating license details in Nipper when installed in a virtual environment does not apply changes

Check that the VM is connected to the internet and can reach the license server (www.titania.com port 443 HTTPS).

Please Note: This guide is for Nipper (v2) only. 

Once checked, reboot the VM.

If this fails to resolve the issue contact support@titania.com for assistance with clearing the stored license.
