How to resolve "Unable to generate report. Error: Failed to create the report. Your report could not be created."?

This error can occur when you've consumed your licence allocation.

Possible reasons for this error can include:

  1. You have already used all your available devices in you license.

    1. This commonly occurs during Trial licenses, which typically only allows auditing of up to two devices. If you have already generated two reports, you may have exhausted the available license count.

  2. The configuration you imported may contain multiple VDOMs or contexts, each of which consumes a license count. To determine how many license counts the imported configuration will consume beforehand, enable Ask for confirmation under Nipper Homepage > Settings > View set to Advanced at the bottom of the page > Licensing.
