How to enable System Wide Licensing in Nipper InfraSight

System Wide Licensing allows multiple users to use the same license for running audits.

Setup

To enable system wide licensing

  1. Start Nipper InfraSight.
  2. Enter Tools -> Settings -> Licensing, the select the Advanced view from the View drop-down at the bottom of the screen. Within the Advanced tab, tick System Wide Licensing.
  3. To activate this a restart of Nipper InfraSight is required.
  4. On restart, please enter the license details for the license you wish to use system wide.

Usage

To enable system wide licenses for additional users:

  1. The user needs to navigate to Tools/Settings/Licensing, select the Advanced view from the View drop-down at the bottom of the screen, then within the Advanced tab tick System Wide Licensing.
  2. Restart Nipper InfraSight, which will switch the user to the newly added system wide license.
